We eat at the Pontotoc Taco Bell often. I have never been so angry after purchasing food there. After waiting nearly 20 minutes on a #3 and a #6 (nothing difficult), we did NOT receive all of what we paid for, AND the food we were given was cold and soggy! They were not at all busy, just lazy and careless! Get it together! I will not be eating there nearly as often any longer. There's better Mexican food right next door anyway.

After 6pm they are SUPER slow. I'm talking 10+ minute wait for a taco while there are 2 other cars.. before 6pm really good fast service
