Absolutely atrocious service most of the time and the food is rarely fresh. This is from multiple visits here. I enjoy McDonald's but this one needs to restaff badly.
Food service great n fast 15 minutes 6 people had big breakfast done that's service
We go there because my grandkids want to play the games. Most of the time the employees are cutting up with each other or a friend that is visiting. Occasionally, a person is paying attention to customers and service is GOOD.
If I could give less stars I would. Waited 10 minutes in the drive through behind the car at the speaker. Was blocked in so I couldn’t go anywhere. 10 minutes and no one answered the speaker even with the guy ahead of me saying hello to the speaker. Finally got someone to talk to him and then the person working the drive through took 3 orders on the outside lane skipping the inside lane, I circled around and went inside and wasn’t even offered an apology... worst customer service on this planet, managers do not care, employees are worthless...
December 21st, 10 AM. I read the reviews of others and was a little shocked. So, I put the date and time of my visit. First, this was the cleanest McDonald’s I have ever been in. Second, friendliest people I have ever seen, and to be honest, people annoy me; so I was shocked that I enjoyed their southern hospitality as much as I did. The food was great, breakfast usually is. Third, they actually think, unlike most other restaurants. Example of this was when I had to go back and get a sweet tea via the drive thru, the lady handed it to me at the first window vice the second when I paid... BRILLIANT! Small thing, but huge impact. This review comes from someone that has been to too many McDonald’s to count in the south. By far, this was my favorite visit.
